I am Tom Franceschina Your Local Realtor
With a last name so big it has Two countries in it.
I am a licensed Realtor and Broker in Charge in South Carolina with over 15 years’ experience in the real estate industry serving the midlands. I have Sold homes all over the midlands, but I have a unique skill set for Lake homes. I also enjoy new home sales, First time buyers, Resales, VA, and investors.
I have lived in the Midlands for more than 21 years. I have been happily married for over thirty years, and I have two children that grew up in the Midlands. My Son and Daughter in law are both Officers in the Navy. They are both stationed in Rhode Island with my Grand Daughter. My Daughter has stayed local and is a prominent Gymnastics coach in Chapin.
I love working in the real estate industry. I find my work very rewarding, serving the community, and solving their real estate needs. I also enjoy fishing on Lake Murray, picking a guitar, and raising my backyard chicken flock.
I have a bachelor’s degree in science, and I had a 20-year career as a Registered Nurse. My Mission is to “Provide the same compassion and work ethic to my customers as I provided to my Patients”.
